Great, thanks, does the gear knob just unscrew? it's a manual.
Sorry to be so specific but I've only had the car a week or so and don't want to break anything...

I just re read the instruction manual, it does show part of the dash needs to be removed.
This is not the case, I fitted a set to my new car last week, there is no need to remove the dash, I gave fitted several, and have never removed the dash...

Dont worry, It won't break, push the knob and the gater down, hold the gater down, and pull the knob up

Sorry just double checked, just push gear lever gater down, it will unclip from the gear nob easily, and the nob lifts off

All done Thumbs Up
Thanks for your help.
Console took about 1.5hrs, none of the holes lined up which was fixed by drilling extra holes for the mounted black box and careful measuring for the new cubby box as the template was a bus ride out.

i have also bought a splitter from maplings that allows you to plug the sound into the aux socket on the centre console in case the headrests start to bother the kids too much, then they can listen to the movie from the car speakers.

here is a link Thumbs Up
