which of these tyres would you pick?

I know tyres have been discussed a great deal recently - but - I was wondering in a simple poll which of these the general concesus would go for....

I'm only considering the standard 235/65/17 V size here !!!!

I was told by one place I called into that the Goodyear 'Wrangler' is being replaced by the 'Efficient Grip'

The tyres on at the moment are 108V - is 104V OK to use as an alternative? 2002 Honda VFR800

Simont, there is a lack of choice in V speed rating, I would go for General Grabber AT but it's only available in H rating.
Not sure about the 104 load rating, maybe have a word with your insurer. Gone, 2007 TD4 SE Auto Baltic blue, clear side repeaters, full sized alloy spare.

I quite like the look of the General Grabber AT tyres.

Is there any problem with insurance in changing from V to H tyre rating?

I don't drive anywhere near 100mph never mind 130 or 149 Confused isn't our top speed 114 anyway....

I'd contact my insurance company but last time they didn't speak the same language as me - or anything close to be honest (and I'm not talking 'Makem' Whistle ) 2002 Honda VFR800

I would not bother really, if there were any issues the tyre companies would not fit them or make you sign a disclaimer.

So just do it you will be ok! Thumbs Up
