Lada used to be imported into Yorkshire [Bridlington], they do say that an old Niva is one of the cheapest and best things you can get for use at pay n play sites.

I had a new Sorento and the price reflected what it was, I was very dissapointed in it. One major fault it went back 4 times for and never fixed was switching to 4WD mode the ABS light came on and wouldn't go into 4WD. This was due to constant corrosion on the wiring and Kia refused to do a complete harness rewire so I got rid of it

I wanted my wife to look at the Skoda/Kia, etc as personally I think they offer great value for money, but she wouldn't even go into the showroom and wouldn't be seen in one.

Iain I'd stick with the wifes opinion! What the hell are you going to do with a SKODA in 3 years, ye they are nice I had driven one but its a SKODA lol. I think most of us are badge snobs whether you like to admit it or not. I'd much prefer to be seen in a bottom of the range land rover than a top spec SKODA! |
