Nick, not sure yet. i keep checking the local LR dealer but nothing on his forecourt at the mo that takes my fancy. A new one is a huge outlay so probably an ex demo like the D4 was to save a few pennies but definately not another black one, its a real bitch to keep clean ______________________ 2011 Full Fat RR 4.4 TDV8 2012 FL2 SD4 Auto HSE 2013 Kawasaki Versys 650 |

Divide by 9 and multiply by 2 - That's close enough for government work and a lot more accurate than any OBD. |

+1 I use Fuel Friend Lite for Android. You can export data as a .csv for import into Excel. |

I'm recording 33 on my ODB from a mixture (roughly 50/50 mileage wise) of motorway and short (<5) country lane dashes at national speed limits...

Ok sorry I havent been on here for a while too much work and too little time to do it all. ( As with us all ). Anyway I have been averaging 35.7mpg on a 240 mile trip which is currently equating to 500+ miles per tank. How does this compare with your current figures ? Also anyone who needs a lift to london tomorrow i'm going down that way

Is yours an Auto or Manual, I average about 32 for an SD4 Auto, no matter how I drive, or it seems what speed.

May I add my (new) SD4 experience to the thread. Two tankfulls so far, brim to brim 1021 miles 129.96 Litres I make that 35.75 mpg, OBD says 38.4 mpg. Incidentally on the second fill up, the range display showed 1 mile, it took 68.1 litres to brim it. At least something is accurate! I am not unhappy with these figures.
