Sidesteps from e-bay?

Has anybody purchased these sidesteps below? I'm wondering if they are of decent quality as they are 'LR equivalents' or should I stay clear?
Any comments much appreciated

I bought sidesteps from these guys. They also fitted them and did a great job.
I'd highly recommend them. Also brought the mud flaps f & b for £40 and colour coded door handles for the new sd4.

I bought a set and fitted them without any problems. They are good quality and appear identical to LR steps.

I'm just about to order these steps discussed above, only bit I'm not too sure about the fitting is the insertion of the metal rivet type fittings. I know they are not rivets as such, but I have heard they can be difficult to insert even with the correct tool.

Has anyone had any problems fitting them?

thanks

Its basically a large alloy pop rivet which threaded inside as you insert it the rivnut tool is tightened then squeezed together as per a pop rivet . They aren't particularly hard dependant on your strength.

I think Chickne George (sorry George if its not you !) came up with another version using spanners etc., so trying searching through the posts. I was fortunate enough to know someone that had one Thumbs Up so dont be put off have a go ! 2010 FL2 XS Auto in Santorini Black with HSE alloys
