Oh - I see. In which case, didn't replce them either - just loctite. |

They weren't particularly loose, but having torqued the rest up, the noise has gone - even with the 5th missing. All tight now!!!! |

when I bought new pads (LR original part - admittedly from ebay) new bolts came with the pads - they were in the box with the pads themselves. They had blue locking compound already applied. Like yo ... |

So will that kit allow the bars to be removed and car returned to 'pre-roof bar state'. ie does the fixing kit fill and cover all the holes in the roof. |

Thanks again. So I'll try the flylead fuse in F5 and ground the other socket lead to the chassis. I'll probably put an accessory socket in the glovebox as egipp suggested.

For the switched front Aux Socket, the Yellow is the live, the Blue/Black is the ground.
Where can I tap into these? Do I need to get under the centre console or can I get to them elsewhere? |
