Turned out to be the tow module.
Dan AT Duckworths supplied me with a new wiring kit at a great price and with quick delivery.
All working as it should now. |

Hi Dan,
Can I have a price for a towing module for a 2008 Freelander please. Think my one has had it as the indicator output is coming out on the brake (red) wire.

It's an 08 and had the electrics on it when I bought it. It has the module and a relay behind the near side panel in the boot.
I've checked all the wires for continuity and everything check out. L
