 Low beam dipped beam headlights stopped working.

Thank again Freel2 contributors. Just had this exact failure. Normally if both sides don't work it would be a system failure (fuse, relay, short). I have never had a double headlight bulb failure.

I could get 43 litres into the empty tank of a Nissan Micra. Guess I really did have an empty tank Shocked I assumed that the filler hose took the rest.

I had a similar fault on my old RX8 when the catalytic converter started to disintegrate and blocking normal exhaust gas flow.
