must admit....it has put me off buying one and obviously Landrover are lying about the mpg.

Thanks for that....does that mean that it is the same engine that is used in the Peugot 4007 and also the Mitsubishi Outlander and Citroen C cross.....they all use a 2.2 diesel

Really, the official is 37mpg for car without the push/start button and 42mpg with it. 23 is not something I would touch.
