well, I am very happy to say that in two weeks time, my Freelander HSE goes in to be replaced with a Disco Sport HSE Lux, same engine (Yay!) but a better driving experience, quieter, and less roll.

freelander made by - so far my engines is a Peugeot -gearbox by ford made in japan!not sure about rear diff ford /Volvo ???oh and the rear diff bearings made by willy wonkas chocolate factory
