I have had a firenze red one for two weeks and love it. Welcome and enjoy SD4 Sport LE Firenze Red - no options or modifications yet, but it's early days. |

That's the reason I ask, the one I saw in the showroom was quite well equipped, just wondered what it may be missing over my HSE? 2010MY Freelander 2 HSE Auto

the most important thing missing are front armrests! You might think im joking but believe me once you have driven a FL2 that has armrests you will never go with one without. I had a courtesy FL2 when mine was being serviced and my left arm kept falling into the centre console area - just couldnt get comfortable in it.. Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

You may well be right, I have never driven one with armrests so I can't comment, but on every other car with armrests that I have driven, I found they got in the way of the handbrake and in one case with the gear stick. Although to be honest I have looked at those aftermarket central console storage boxes that you can get, that might be one way around the armrest problem, assuming they are any good, quality wise. Yes, I'm toying with the idea of purchasing the centre armrest/cubby thingy rest your arm on doodah. Has anyone who has one fitted any negative issues with it |

Keep your eye on the auction site, there are now a few appearing, one last week went for £30 and another one went for about the same the previous week, a lot cheaper than the new ones. |
