Anyone else had this problem? I've noticed this very same problem with my MY11 GS. It's a bit intermittent in that it happened a couple of times last week where it was awful for over an hour then seemed to clear. It's been ok until this afternoon and its awful again. It was fine this morning, and then 3 housrs later I get in the car and straight away you can hear the left front channel distorting.

Sounds like the 11 model year FL2's are worse than the previous. Seem to be endless niggles!! (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.

Damn thing was at it again this morning. Popped back home and was inside for no more than 10 mins. I thought I'd make sure I'm not imagining things so my wife came outside to listen and sure enough it was fine.
