My BP is similar to yours. I'm 56 years old.
But when i get up in the morning i slowly feel better as the day goes on.

You've not met me. Basket case - good job I've my own in-house Doc - her Ladyship Smile
I don't have high BP and I don't take tablets daily. I do carry on my person at all times for emergency use what is described in the UK as a "Class A Drug" (which has been problematic when going through custom's checks) tiny things and they are addictive if you took them regularly. Will knock out an elephant.

But hey ho - her Ladyship does allow me the occasional sex, and to drink wine, Port and beer to keep me sane in this Machiavellian state called Switzerland Thumbs Up
