Heard lots of bad reports about Stratstone nationally, so here's one a bit different.

Told Stratstone Stoke about slipping clutch. New clutch and DMF fitted without quibble and they fixed the aircon. All under warrenty and 2011 FL2 provided as courtesy car.
No hassles whatsoever and special mention to Rico on the front desk; who's been there for years and must get lots of s t most days, but was thoroughly professional throughout. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Stratstone Solihull staff pleasant enough but oh so slow with everything paper wise.
