I sent an email to ARB asking them that question. They said they had no plans to bring out a bullbar for the Freelander - or any other small 4WD. They suggested trying East Coast Bullbars, but I have not rung them yet.

Modern bullbars take a lot of development effort. There is airbag testing, often relocation of various components like water bottles, and styling. FL2s are unlikely to be used in sufficient numbers to warrant the development. However, as ARB advised you may find ECB will be bringing out a nudgebar which would at least provide a decent location for driving lights, UHF aerial and a sand flag.

East Coast Bullbars may make a nudge bar for the Freelander.
