There are in fact no green lanes in Scotland but a new club has started to cater for those who would like to drive on "forest track" type roads without getting plastered with mud or even needing to use a low ratio gearbox and who would like to see some of Scotland's scenery from the comfort of their Land Rover. I try to get to as many meetings as I can Durand, even if only as a spectator (almost as rare as Marshalls at some meets!). How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

At the last meet there was a pre-printed sign on form with 20+ names on it and about a 5 didn't show but there were 12 or more names hand written below the printed list so I assume they joined up on the day. IIRC one membership covers the whole family/ one car and is for lifetime, each meet you pay £10 toward track maintaining or the land owner's favourite charity and part towards club running costs.
