Language used for warnings on Sat Nav Screen?

My fuel light came on today. My Sat Nav appears to be configured for English UK, but I'm convinced the warning that came up on the Sat Nav screen was in French.

Can't be totally sure as a) I didn't expect it to do that (new car so getting used to things) and b) the on-screen warning went quite quickly.

I can't see anywhere that I've missed for a language setting.
