Wise choice Dave. Obviously not the cheapest vehicle to tax or run but according to the LR bloke at the experience day, it is vastly superior to the D3 you have been used to. Mostly due to the twin turbo V6 diesel.

Cheaper than the D3 and soooooooo much nicer to drive on the road, that extra 300cc & 52bhp makes all the difference ______________________ 2011 Full Fat RR 4.4 TDV8 2012 FL2 SD4 Auto HSE 2013 Kawasaki Versys 650 |

Excellent deal. I bet you wish you could stretch to what is surely the greatest vehicle ever made: http://www.whatcar.com/car-reviews/ssangyo...es/25488-7 LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby LOT (Lord of Time) - University of Gallifrey |

That was a good deal indeed. I presume you had a D3 HSE? I heard some negatives about that outfit, but who cares if the money is right.

Yeah I know thats the cry, but in essence both vehicles are very similar. I had a D4 for a week and didn't notice the engine was more powerful or quieter, but then I don't hash my cars to the red line. The dash was updated, the centre console, the steering wheel, that sort of thing. The middle row and the boot were exactly the same bar the seats being a little different design. Externally, it's just the new style rear lights and front end. From the side, it's the same again.
