Properly clean off all the dirt first then on a NON windy day spray some Autoglym vinyl & rubber care on the plastic then polish it in with an old microfibre cloth (other cloths are fine). I use this when prepping my cars for a show/event. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
