There's a professional industrial powder coating firm between Leeds and Bradford you take them the rims - they strip and re coat for £1 an inch - basic silver sparkle finish - ie £17 for a 17" wheel. Rims have to be in good condition they do not repair.

Dont worry your nice shiny new silver ones are designed to soon go jet black after a couple of weeks when they get the brake dust eating into them, that never comes off, in fact they will also stand up to a good kerb scrape the stuffs that hard to shift I was only wrong once and thats when I thought I was but wasnt.
