I have a dash mount for my ipad1 in my Defender:







It's made by Brodit and is clip on/off and so far it has survived all the quite extreme offroading that I have done in the 90 without the ipad falling out of the clips. In the Defender the mount can also be slid along the whole length of the dash. Brodit also make a head restrain mount bracket so you can make your F2 into a fake Range Rover Ultimate Edition with an iPad on each head restraint!

Why? Question Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well.
