For the first time in 85,000 miles, I had cause to call out LR Assist today. Strange vibration from the rear offside on the way to work this morning that I just could not ignore.

I called them at 07.55 - Received a text at 8.05 to advise a technician was on the way and would be with me by 08.20. He actually turned up at 08.15 and gave the whole underneath of the car a full inspection.
Nothing found, but he suggested checking the wheel balancing.

I couldn't feel anything on the way home so another mystery, however, what brilliant service!

yup, good service nearly all the time, apart from when they sent an chap out to look at my car, who didn't have any sensors on him, (it was showing it thought it was overheating) and then had to wait another hour for the tow truck Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Can't fault them. Always been helpful, courteous and prompt.

When my old M/1 freelander started to push out clouds of white smoke I took it to the dealer who told me "as it is a saturday my best chance would be to drive home and phone e assist number". They came out within the hour and had the car recoverd back to the same dealer ?. Great service though the car was away for 3 weeks but the Kidds loved the 'Lora Croft' defender I had as a supplie car with the stickers on it SD4 Sports LE Black ...
