Andy C, what generation is that? I am a 50's baby.

PS Also hate the programme and the presenters.

Then you must have heard of the Allman Brothers and Jessica, which was one of the most played records in 1973 (at least) Thumbs Up

Should have mentioned also that Im not so keen on the program any more as it has long outlived its worth, even as a comedy program. Unfortunatly, it seems the rest of the world has also started to copy the stupidity of Clarkson and co. and there are many "look-a-likes" or "wanna-bees" out there now Evil or Very Mad 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

No, I can honestly say I've never heard of the Allman Bros or Jessica, apart from I know the tune from Top Gear. I remember 1973 pretty well and have a lot of 45's from that date, but they never featured. 10cc, Alex Harvey Band, Status Quo, Stones, Yes that sort of thing. I can also remember the day in 1966 when England won the World Cup - we all had World Cup Willie's. Remember Essco ran a promotion where you got a Tigers Tail. 1968, saw Mans first Moon walk. etc. They were defining moments, SWMBO reminds me, marrying her is included too, by comparison, Clarkson and Co. are insignificant.

Maybe you were listening mostly to UK music (Allman Bros. are/were American)

Still, if you remember 1968 you would certainly remember Albatross Question If not then I guess we were listening to different types of music Thumbs Up

Anyhow - Jessica remains one of my all time favorites Thumbs Up 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

Yes, Albatross. I was whooping it up to 10cc - Iam not in love in the YWCA in Altrincham. They had an annex for the guys, it was like letting a fox loose in a chicken coop! Very Happy

Lol is a bit older than me. I think he was at Manchester to begin with and finished his course in Brum.
I met him in Stoke; he was doing a course there. Me and my mates were in a band and Lol came to listen a few times. Of course he wasn't known at all then. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

No, that would be telling and I'd have my family down on me like a ton of bricks.
