CF accessories - is it worth paying?

Manage to source for real nice CF accessories for

1) exterior door handle - £400

2) exterior side mirror - £450

3) steering wheel - £600

is it worth it?? Pricing are not including shipping charges.

I'm guessing it's carbon fibre
wouldn't have thought the weight saving would be of much benefit on a freelander though.

stupid money IMO, but if you have it and don't mind spending it on the 'look' then go for it

Personally if i was going to have the 'look' then i would opt for vinyl wrapping as there is some very good 3M carbon effect vinyl out there now, and it would be a lot cheaper Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Chicken Fiddler Shocked

I've just Carbon vinyl wrapped the interior handles and speaker surrounds on my Leon, £30 will be enough to get enough wrap to do all you want to.

At those prices I wouldn't bother to be honest. Plus just doing them parts there's nothing that compliments anything.

Just my opinion.

Rolling with laughter Thanks Natwest!

They were my 'kicking about' trousers!

In the Leon parts of the interior are pretty low rent alongside the Freelander so the vinyl lifts it quite nicely, and is actually nice to touch. If I was to do anything in the FL, I'd look at gloss black or silver, not really sure CF goes with the FL's image Very Happy Mine: 2012 Golf GTI Edition 35
