Hi guys,

I am selling a genuine Land Rover Audio Connectivity Module. I removed it from my old FL2 before part exchanging a couple of weeks ago.

It is an older version of the current kit - part no. LR002787, it is one that includes a dash mountable cradle for the iPod.

Although it is an older model it does work fine with the iPhone. I am including a replacement iPod/iPhone connecting cable (bought from Dension who actually manufactures the kit for LR) that enables the iPhone to charge etc.

On connecting the iPhone you do get a message saying the accessory isn't supported, but everything works perfectly ok.

The kit is complete (plus the upgraded cable) but is used so will require some new double sided sticky pads to mount the control box in the car.

Anyone interested for £80 (inc postage) by Paypal gift?

Edit: - Just want to add that the iPod cradle assembly is unused - I used the kit with a Brodit iPhone cradle.

Could be interested; 2 questions.

how easy is installation?
will it work on 2011 MY?

Installation is pretty easy - takes about an hour.

Not sure about a 2011 - as mine is from 2008 - maybe someone else can help shed some light.

I'm not interested in buying the connectivity kit: sorry for that. I allready have one so my post is a bit off topic...

I get the same message that the Iphone is not supported and it actually does not work properly on the Iphone4. Is yours also an Iphone 4 like mine or is it the 3?

EDIT: I wanted it but have found that it does not come with the extra connections in the glove box.

which extra connections are you referring to?

When installed there are extra phono inputs and a usb connection in the glovebox, as well as the dedicated iPod connection.

my iPhone is a 3GS and despite the not supported message everything works fine - track skipping with the steering wheel controls.

Hi Peter, in that case, if it comes with the USB and aux box and the steering wheel controls do work with iPhone then I would like it please.
