This weeks roadtest of the 2WD FL2 mentions that it comes with LED daytime running lights. There is a photo of the front of the FL2 but looks like it has xenons fitted - cant really make out any LED's. Anyone heard if they are being fitted (supposed to be mandatory now i think?) |

They're not exactly renowned for their accuracy. I remember this very well when they used to print info about new/revised MG & Rover cars & much of the info was wrong. They probably just have the sidelights coming on automatically and not the LED type like on the Range Rover inside the headlight unit. I was only wrong once and thats when I thought I was but wasnt. 2010 Freelander 2 XS Stornaway Grey 2010 Aston DBS Morning Frost 2010 Bentley Continental Brooklands Green |

I had heard that they were going to switch the side lights on permanent to act as daytime running lights, perhaps they are sticking LED bulbs in? Wouldnt be a bad idea? |

I replaced my 2010 HSE halogen reflector headlights with Projectors, same as 2011 models. The sidelights are a complete waste of time and dont belong in a £34k vehicle,I replaced mine with LEDS which are are super day time running lights

How can they claim "no heat output" when they also state "resistor included so no errors"
