Sportsman, your out of order. The OP posted a lot about his personal finances on this site. Maybe he shouldn't, but it was his choice. Once you say something, then it is open to others to make comment and you take the rough with the smooth. No one is kicking anyone when they are down, nor is anyone taking any great pleasure from this. I dont even think the OP's uncomfortable with the thread, in fact I think he's probably thankfull for the interest and he's getting a different perspective even though not everyone will agree with him.

EV if this is down to back rent, does the business not have assets to clear the arrears, commercial landlords could have sent in a private bailiff firm, to seized goods, sell at auction without even going to court or getting a CCJ, would depend on the business rental lease though, though it does sound like it's gone past that and they are going after the companies directors, maybe due to the amounts outstanding and assets worth Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
