2012 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Santorini Black

happy with mine so it gets a 9

would get a 10, but the car is just on the small side on the luggage area, if they sorted that, and nothing else was wrong then i would be happy with a 10.

Same view here. Could do with a Disco 4 for the camping trips but other than that it's spot on The missus - SD4 HSE - Black - 2012

Owned my FL2 since October. Gets 9 as I've had a flat battery, I'd like slightly better fuel consumption and more cubbyholes in the front. Other than that, I'm really pleased with it. Most comfortable car I've driven and goes to all those places you never thought you'd reach and be able to get back out again. Thumbs Up

I've rated mine 9 based on the fact it still lives up to expectations and after more than 2 years of driving in all conditions it still makes me pleased to own it.

All these comments about boot space/cubby space make me smile, like it's not like the space shrunk on the way home from the dealers

But at the dealers when i got my first one, I didn't have 2 weeks worth of stuff to try fit in it, I saw it, test drove and then paid for it

It's not a issue it's an observation on why I didn't give it a 10, and if LR read it the might give an extra few inches on the FL3 Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Just an eight from me due to some silly design issues that should have been sorted before job 1. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Just given her Laydship's FL2 a 7.

It had faults on delivery (documented here on Freel2)
It has had faults since (reported here on Freel2)
The two Swiss LR official dealers have been tested and found wanting (as discussed here on Freel2)

So 10 minus 3 = 7

Room for improvement in the model FL2 and the quality of client service from the official Swiss local dealerships: Yes and Yes.

Yes I did think folks wouldn't quite have the prams, baby seats and holiday luggage with them when buying. Still makes me smile though Laughing . I for one didn't get to check everything either, but still a fine motor Thumbs Up

Would have given a 10 but had to call out LR Assist for a flat battery after only 3 weeks of ownership so a 9 from me.

10 out of 10 for us, no real problems and seeing that most makes have problems it's way better than some sheds we've had before Thumbs Up ______________________

9 for me. Could be a 10 if they sort out the annoying drivers seat that won't stay in the up position, the ignition key thingy (how can you call that big lump a key) press it and it goes into the dash and then sits there, need a good tug on the fob to drag it out again plus it is just a massive lump to cart around, and why so big? Question

The car itself is brilliant, it's just the niggley bits that really do annoy, come on, LR sort it out  MY2014 SD4 XS
