Thanks to Lookers Park Royal

Regarding my "remote" purchase from East Yorkshire of my new Freely, I can't thank Steve Allum enough for the professional and friendly way he steered me through the purchase. I was updated regularly after the very first enquiry right up to the day of travel to London to pick it up, the handover was first class and all the way through I felt valued as a customer.
The icing on the cake was to meet James, in fact I thought "should I curtsy or bow", the man is legend. In the end I just shook his hand. Bow down

A long distance purchase is as practical as being local and I would recommend LPR to anyone thinking of a future purchase. Thumbs Up

If James could sell me an Evoque (5dr) LHD with the same warranty that I'd get in CH then I'd buy one from LPR rather than here from a Swiss LR Dealer. And, I'd probably take it back to LPR for its annual servicing.

The LR dealer network here (those that I've had direct experience of) are an absolute shower.

EYorkshire,

Many thanks for the feedback, and glad that you enjoyed the onward journey! There is seriously no need to bow or curtsy................ just a simple salute will do! Laughing Laughing

Steve will give you a call in the week to see how things are, but if you need anything in the meantime then we're all in today and Jeremy and Matthew are in tomorrow.

Thanks again,

James Thumbs Up

PS athelstan we can supply Evoque either export or UK LHD. Drop Jez an email at jeremyjackson@lookers.co.uk and he'll gladly help as he is our Export specialist.

The dealer I bought my car off offered to phone me in a week to see how it was going.
I'm still waiting three years later Laughing Laughing

Hope he does call, nice to hear of someone getting a good experience from a dealer for a change!
