iphone 4 sorted and easy connection with FL2

Purchased iphone 4 earlier this week. Never had one of these fancy phones before and I love it. E-mails whenever I like and unlimited texts and 600mins of calls which is plenty. 500mb data but unlimited wi-fi more than enough.

Best bit though, my employers have a deal with o2. All staff get £70 credited to their account once connected for 30 days, great stuff.

Anyway, piece of cake setting bluetooth up. FL2 stereo gave me the code and I was away, phonebook fully functioning no probs. I was so fed up with my last sony ericsson phone. It failed to connect and then I had to switch the bloody phone off and back on to sort it out!

How do you guys find connectivity with the FL2's bluetooth? (iphone or other brands) LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

I have a HTC Desire and it paired quickly and easily. No probs so far. For a free country, it does seem pretty expensive these days.

No problems whatsoever with my HTC Mytouch 4G. Didn't even ask me for a code.

I believe it's a US market phone. I think it's a slide type but not 100% sure. For a free country, it does seem pretty expensive these days.

If it didn't ask for a code, that means anyone can connect to your phone. For example, the Freelander parked next to you in a traffic jam!? Mine: 2012 Golf GTI Edition 35

Hi
I tried wifes desire at weekend it paired quickly but phonebook just shows numbers not names. Can you tell me if you had to change any setting etc to get a proper phonebook list.
Thanks

The phone was paired as part of the hand over process at the dealer but I don't remember the sales guy doing anything on the car other than search for the phone, and I only put the phone in discover mode and confirmed the code when required. It just worked. For a free country, it does seem pretty expensive these days.
