It's arrived at LPR

My MY11 SD4 GS in Lago Grey has arrived at Lookers Park Royal and will be ready next Friday for pickup, here's a pic of it in their compound. So I will drive down to London early to pick it up then onto Cornwall to stay at my daughters for the weekend before returning to Yorkshire, by which time it should be run in. Very Happy

Awesome. How exciting Very Happy
Next week will go really slow but what a great time you'll have next weekend getting use to the car with all that driving.

Is that a scratch on the rear nearside door near the handle? And another on the roof near the front windscreen:?:

You are right! I can see a bit of cardboard there too.

I tell you what is annoying, balance weights clipped on the outer rims of the wheels. Surely they can be stuck on the inner. Evil or Very Mad

I don't want to be mischievous, but boy, what an ugly front they made with this new model...
Or maybe it's just the perspective but the whole front looks like a fish head... Or a bulldog...

Anyway, have fun with your new toy and as much relaxed, trouble free, miles as possible!

The key is NOT to move your left foot. I bet you will at some point though Whistle

I have the original tyres on my car still and the wheel weights are on the inside - thankfully.

Something to remember to ask for when you come to change tyres.

I bet I will attempt to use my left leg in which case I'll make sure I'm strapped in tightly and hope there's no-one behind me. Twisted Evil Thumbs Up

Thanks Andy, I have heard on the grapevine that a certain Yorkshire person is being coerced into this most popular colour and will be relegated to an outside shed if not agreeable to the demands Whistle

Yes, the detachable towball is on my list, going towards Yorkshire being the towing capital of the UK Thumbs Up
