United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Auto Zermatt Silver
yipee!

One week and counting to the arrival of my FL2 XS TD4 auto in zermatt silver Smile . I've updated my profile with the model, not sure whether this was tempting fate, but I have to do something to release this excitement Mr. Green

Was at a restaurant this evening admiring FL2 GS in zermatt. Even my wife is getting excited, infact I think she's more excited than I am. We drive a BMW 118d at present, so the FL2 is going to be a little different. Wondering if I can prevent her driving it by taking her off the policy and telling her they refused to insure her Laughing

Had all the minor dents/scratches removed recently and she's managed to add a scrape to the rear bumper, despite have parking sensors grrrrrr....

Anyways, your advice would be appreciated with regard to preventing my wife driving my new toy.

Cheers,

4eveRed

Hi 4eveRed,

I changed form a BMW 120d 3 weeks ago so can confirm that the FL2 will indeed be a little different, but am sure you will enjoy it.

Also my wife informs me that my driving has 'calmed down' a bit now I cant nip out into 1 series sized gaps!

Hope the next week goes quickly - but suspect it wont!
