Waste of time mate (on this topic at least) Auto will easily win the poll. It is afterall easier to pull away when towing if you haven't got to consider clutch control. The skilled manual drivers among us could cope just fine though.

The manual is fine for towing, the automatic is just easier on the driver

theres no bad fl2 for towing ,

unless your towing a 3500kg horse box then you'll need the D4 Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Just kidding, we all know how much better the auto is for towing skills. The auto has got to have something going for it
