But if showing a picture of a vehicle with a number plate means you run the risk of being cloned, what is the difference someone driving down a road and seeing a parked Freelander and cloning that Question

A friend of mines plate was cloned on same car same colour in London . He got all the parking tickets and congestion charges...why make it easy for a fl2 owned by a chancer. It's hard to find a match driving on the streets! Very easy to look up forum members on the web from your phone!

You lot make me laugh, you're paranoid about not showing your number plate yet happily send your details over the net via a so-called secure connection Confused Because you see a lock does not mean it's secure, it could be a phishing site.
How many of you have purchased anything to do with TV or recording of in a store and had to give your address at the till to satisfy the licencing people?
How many order or pay for something over the phone and give out their long number on their cards to a stranger?
How many of you are computer savvy enough to know if a keylogger resides on your computer?
How many of you use secure passwords and not "1234abcd" or your name or your dogs name?

Showing a number plate means nowt Smile

...... and maybe I don't live in East Yorkshire Whistle

and Mr neartheA1, no, I haven't a clue where you live but maybe one day I might get an invite via an event and maybe taste those famous scones 'ad' mentioned Bow down

I put my number plate on a forum once... got home and the house was missing, family gone and the bank account empty... or I might have been to do with the lockin at the pub!
