Aye that I am wee laddie Cool

Wasn't a difficult choice though........England or Scotland.............Scotland wins hands down, beautiful scenery, lots of open countryside and we don't have wales for a neighbour Rolling with laughter

But if you lot invade us again, I'm heading to York, as their By law still state that I am allowed to shoot Scots with a Bow and Arrow, but I must practice every sunday. Mr. Green

Why is it that recently just about every new topic in these forums turns to caravans within the first 10 or so posts, but when somebody actually posts a thread about caravans we end up talking about Chilly-Jockoland?

I have absolutly no idea Question

But ain't progress great

Shall we start a new thread on the origins of 4x4 cars, then we can all talk about the best topping for waffles whilst visiting the seaside. Question

I think that's actually what Martin set this forum up for in the first place, someone just happened to mention a new car that Land Rover were bringing out and it went downhill from there.

I agree that sometimes the banter does go off on a tangent, but we are all as bad for the fact this happens.

It makes the forum a better place in my opinion.

This is friendly banter that grows from peoples answers to topics and suggestion, the main thing is that we all try to answer the question that is asked first of all.

Then all hell can break loose.

irn-bru in whisky. why ?
so so wrong !
old men in hats & proper jackets would never approve AND THEY MAKE IT !
geniuses that they are.
( this winter i aim to be drinking Bruichladdich's 15yr old as often as possible)
within reason , of course. g
my father's explanation of what to put in a glass of malt was " another measure "

although, before this gets out of hand, some prefer a little water,
& i know of one master distiller who recommends only using the water from
his own spring.
each to their own...........................got a real taste for a hauf now,
best wait til later , although there were people on the Titanic who said no to the dessert trolley !
