My new SD GS has the new headlamps (projector headlamps) as described in brochure, they are not a patch on my previous 2 FL2s.
Dip is totally inadequate unless level turned well down to give some light concentration, this in turn makes high beam too low.
Sierras with the old H4 bulbs were 10 times better.
Bulbs are now H11 and quite expensive, but will have to invest in high performance + 50 or +90. Should not have to do this on a vehicle of this level.

Moan over, I am really very pleased with new model in all other ways.
Sorry, front mudflaps a pain to fit. Obviously designed by someone from early Ford days who used to programme some of the impossible rework instructions we got. All FL2's (3) Gone
