.... Just Ordered!

Well, I’ve only just gone and done it!..... Just ordered a new FL2 SE TD4 Manual in Sumartra Black, Napoli Leather Pack (Ebony) and 18in 12 spokes!.... Pretty please with the price, £27315 OTR

Been reading the forum for the last few weeks now and just wanted to say thanks for making my decision easy! – been looking at most 4X4’s over the last month or so and I have to say, the FL2 is in a different league…
Only problem now… I’ve got a 10 week wait, although it should make a nice Christmas present. Wink

Yes

Yes, it is a bit scary spending that scale of cash in one go!! Shocked ..... I don't think you'll be disappointed though.

As for delivery date ... if mine is anything to go by, you may get it sooner than 10 weeks. My TD4 SE Auto ordered in late May 2007 ended up being built about 2 weeks earlier than I was origially advised. Very Happy

Congratulations Thumbs Up nice choice, make sure you register your colour on the forum, hope the time passes quickly, but it's worth the wait. Very Happy Mack

Well Done Stevea, good choice alround. Did you look at other forums to see if there were problems with other brands, and if so were the other owners accepting of the problems, or annoyed etc...just curious Thumbs Up

Hi Carlfraz,

To be honest, the only forum that I was regularly reading was this one… I think if i'm honest with myself, I had already made my decision to buy the FL2 some weeks ago, but felt I had to go through the other options just to satisfy myself!
I had a brief read of the CRV owner’s club forum http://www.crvownersclub.com/forums/ but was not really paying too much attention.

Glad I found you guy’s though… seems to be a great little community, very friendly, helpful and informative, and one I look forward to frequenting more often.

Cheers Thumbs Up

Stevea

PX my old Honda CRV for the FL2 realise you were comparing the new Honda CRV as i did for a short time ...easy choice really ...with the possible exception of reliability there is no comparison ,have never met anyone who sees a CRV drive by and says WOW i want one of those !....where as the FL2.... Very Happy say no more Thumbs Up

Your new FL

Not long to wait now Stevea. I wouldn't mind betting though, that you'd wished that you'd ordered an auto.
Got a c Censored? If affirmative, then the auto is for you.

People just complain about the caravan holidays as a boy growing up because little Bobby down the road was taken to Benidorm once a year, and you was away in the ma & pa's caravan 6 times a year you couldn't play kiss catch with Little Bobby and the girl next door. (thats if there was a girl next door)

You know you really enjoyed your home away from home as a kid in the wilds of Skegness and Wales having an adventure everyday. Very Happy

Exactly who was trying to kiss who? Shocked
