Hi Guys, thank you for the quick response, checked all the plugs on the passenger side and there are a few, all where you would rest your foot, especially your toes, (fidgeting), so wires could easily get caught.

My 2007 GS has a similar problem but in this instance the failure of the instrument panel is triggered by braking.
