CD Discs

I have the Premium Audio unit so assumed that it would accept the 6 CD's but no matter how hard I push, I can only get one in Evil or Very Mad

I went through the proper procedure of having it in CD mode, then pressing number 2 and that didn't work so I tried the "load all" option by keeping my finger on the CD button and that didn't work.

How the hell does one know what unit you have, or should it be obvious to me by now Embarassed

Have a look on the display and you will see little dots (wither numbers) at the top which indicates if a cd is in or not. If you have a six stack changer you will see 6 dots!

Bit like this

Freelander 2 TD4 Auto, SE, Narvik Black, Alpaca full leather, Rear Headrest Entertainment System, 6 CD, 18 HSE Wheels, Privicy tints

A GS would only have a single CD slot as standard. Now, only the HSE has a 6 CD changer. Did you special-order the 6 CD option?

I just assumed the Premium had it included, not an extra, thanks.

No Andy, I've only had the car a week with no manual. I did'nt know it was an option.

Sorry it's not the answer you'd hoped for.
If it's any consolation, I have a 6 CD changer in my SE but it's never had more than one CD in it. These days, a popular brand of solid state music storage/playback device has made CDs a bit of a defunked medium, for me at least.

CD changers are horrible clunky slow things, use your single disc to hold mp3 tracks, you will store more tunes and have faster access to them At work

Jeeez - I was only trying to help Surprised Shocked Very Happy

Its not actually a picture of mine... although I have to confess to listening to R1, at least before 7pm which is when all the hard core noise starts!

I'm with CG on the CD player thing... although I have mine stacked up with CD's I've only ever used my generic MP3 player... much better Thumbs Up Freelander 2 TD4 Auto, SE, Narvik Black, Alpaca full leather, Rear Headrest Entertainment System, 6 CD, 18 HSE Wheels, Privicy tints

With the CD changer you can have 6 CD's with MP3 tracks, thats a lot of music Whistle What if there were no hypothetical situations?
