I picked up my Freelander last Sunday and am thoroughly impressed with both it. I have tried most of the competition over the past many weekends (drove wife crazy obviously) and whilst I thought many were good, none seemed to really compete with the Freelander, particularly when it came to comfort and refinement.

The car is a completely different drive to the BMW 120D I had previously but am enjoying the change,

The supplying dealer made a real effort to deliver what I wanted, pity the first one didn't but thats another story!

Have posted a few pictures in my gallery as Izmir Blue pickies seem hard to find so may be of interest to anyone who has never seen one, as I hadn't when I ordered mine!

Lastly as I said in my post in 'Welcome to Freel2.com' I found the information in this forum really useful during the buying process, so keep up the good work!

My TT a few years back was a similar colour, glacier blue, almost silver but with a surprise tint of blue to it. I almost went for it but fancied a change so went baltic instead!!
