Not really. If LR don't officially support the phone then they will tell you as such. Unfortunately, you will have to wait for an update for either the bluetooth profile on the device (have you checked on the Samsung site) or LR. Problem is, until the phone is supported, you won't get them to upgrade under warranty. Hi Darling, I'll be home in 10 mins. If I'm not back, please read this message again...

I am well out of warranty and it is a supported phone by LR, checked before I purchased, it should work but it doesn't.

If the phone is supported, the chances are you need an ECU upgrade. I think the dealers have the proverbial field day with that one.

I guess you could ask if you get the car serviced, will they look at the problems with the Bluetooth, then maybe they will upgrade it... Hi Darling, I'll be home in 10 mins. If I'm not back, please read this message again...

I had it were it wasn't showing the carriers details (ie showing O2 on the display) on my first FL2

Asked them to look at it, gave the reply phone software version needs to match our compatibility list to get it authosised

I borrowed my mum nokia showing the SW Ver was correct and they did the update which fixed my phone also

Thread on here somewhere about it Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

If a important release, iPhone for example is not compatible, they will look at the software and modify. This will then be put onto the newer cars. If there are issues with current users then they will upgrade the software to make the device compatible. Hi Darling, I'll be home in 10 mins. If I'm not back, please read this message again...
