I missed the program so thanks very much for posting this link, I'm thinking their test car is Stornoway Grey, looks nice. |

cheers Paul... the 'other' forum were not too helpful in providing this or an answer to whether the prog is still repeated during the week or at the weekend. |

I nicked it from LR Chronicle! Getting quite excited about the test drive tomorrow, although I still can't get that TDV8 FFRR out of my head I'm driving that again too at LRE in Kent in December

Not sure about the piccis, but Mrs has a little camera and we have a 45 min drive so I guess the dealer won't be with me! |

I've have sat in the fl2 and the quality issues are no where near what the critisims allude to it is really quite a classy interior however don't touch the light wood trim option with a barge pole have the aluminium or dark wood effect |

Thank ypu EJ! I have ordered the dark wood but have been concerned about this ever since. There appears to be several good after market "real wood" alternatives out there, so i have decided if it is really horrible, i can always shell out a couple hundred more pounds/dollars and replace the trim altogether.

the dark wood looks executive in a black interior and I'm sure you won't be dissapointed at the quality of it when you see it the dark wood however looks more luxurious in a light cream interior. there are pictures on the internet with the dark wood on the american land rover site |

Glad to hear that wood is no big deal. I have always suspected that the complaint might be a little overblown, and it is good to hear from someone that has actually seen it. Come to think of it, if the wood and the cheap key are the only two items that people have identified to complain about, then this must be a pretty impressive vehicle all round. Thanks again. |

I agree with ej, the key IMO is fine - my wife loved it as there is no protruding metal to stab the kids, scratch the car etc and the wood well it isn't something you would go out and buy as an extra but its not a deal breaker |
