Despite Freelander is not Defender, my car is only full of mud.

Looked for this roof rack more than 1 year. Than contacetd me one person from UK
and offered me this parts. Price was ok Smile

Now is roof rack down. Car wash was not able with the roof rack on the top Sad
But i think I will keep r.r. out of my car now... because of noise ( up to 80 km/h ).
There should be something like front body strip against the wind.
Somoebody heard about that?

Must explain above and offer a big thank you to the administrators and those persons who keep this site running! Like many I did a lot of watching before finally joining the forum. I did a quick search and realised moon owned one of only five G4 roofracks for the F2 from the cancelled 2009 event. I own one of the two Mongolian recce F2's and was missing the plaque holder for the front of the roofrack. A few PM's and emails, and Moon has kindly sent me the one from his; I can finally get mine back up to spec!!! Thanks again, especially Moon!!!!

P.S The F2 now has an orange forum sticker proudly displayed in the rear window! Previous owner of;
2008 F2 HSE G4 Mongolian Recce Vehicle "AVJ"

Confusious says: "If it should move and doesn't use WD40; if it moves and it shouldn't, use Duct tape!!!"

Love the rack.
I've been toying with the idea of fitting original rails, crossbars and a basket but would love a G4 rack more.. I suppose they are impossible to get hold og now.. i've been looking on the net and had no luck.

There was a G4 Rack on the bay a couple of months ago, as far as I recall it didn't sell and was relisted a couple of times, wanted around £400 for it.
