This is my first post to this very much updated and useful Forum.

I have something very odd happening on one of my Headrest Screen.
When I turn the screen on i have the writing "Switcher OK" in the middle of the screen and "AV1" on the left upper corner.
Since I have this on my screen, my menu items are in certain way messy.
I mean that if, for example, I have the item "brightness" on the screen, whenever I move the switch up or down I do not change this item but I change the following one, i.e. "volume" I think.
The same will happen for all the menu items ("volume" on the screen but changing the following one "color").

The Screen was working perfectly, it is just doing this since I have these unsual writings on the screen...

Could somebody help me?

P.S. Tried without success to unplug/plug the screen connection under the seat. The other screen works perfectly

Does anybody have any idea to help me to fix this problem?

Not seen or heard about this problem. Try swapping the connections over to see if it's the screen at fault or the AV unit. I'm guessing its the screen but don't know if you can 'reset' it somehow. Phil
