Know what you mean, Todhills is Shell northbound. Used to stop at Westmorland to stock up on cumberland sausage and refuel until I noticed the price at Todhills, we now only stop at Westmorland for the sausage ______________________

Oh dear, wrong call on that one AD, ours only gets main branded fuel (even Shell super duper every now and again) but never, repeat NEVER supermarket ''S t'' Now the topic changes to supermarket fuel is just as good blah blah blah...... Anyway my local Esso is ALWAYS cheaper than Morrisons and I don't have to put 1000 litres in the tank to get a ''Free'' £5 voucher |

No no Sqeak Sqeak, I wouldn't expect someone astute as you are to use supermarket fuel, but you would push it the next 60 miles to save 14p a litre. Having said that I was not in the freely (not allowed it during the week) but the company vehicle I nearly always put in standard Shell which gives me about 34.4 to the gallon yet using the BP fuel today consumption has gone down to 33.8. |
