Have just bought a 2007 Freelander 2 S & have only the pump & rubber solution kit. Would like to buy a working 16" x 6.5 spare & have tried to get a steel wheel from various suppliers without success. Does anyone know where I can buy a steel wheel - or does anyone have a spare alloy for sale? I gather the PCD=108 does not match wheels offered e.g. by Paddock Spares. So far only discovered the full alloy option at £190 from Landrover.

Where are you? I've got a steel 16" spare you can have for free if you're somewhere convenient (ie London to Northumberland corridor). Unfortunately no tyre on it though - just had all mine changed and only kept one spare. Alternatively you should be able to get an alloy wheel and tyre on e-bay for about £55.00.
