Has anyone had any parts covered by warranty changed after the warranty has run out?

I had the part that covers the front wipers changed while under warranty as it started billowing out just under the windscreen about 6 months ago.

The FL2 is now out by a few months and just noticed its doing the same again!

What chance do i have to get this done by Land Rover, or is it a case of throwing £154 at Land Rover to pay for the part, or just put some duck tape on to cover up the gap!!!

I seem to remember someone saying that warranty work on lasts as long as existing warranty unless you made a contribution to the repair was it Pinky?

I'd still argue the toss with them though!
