United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Rimini Red
Goodbye Fl2 hello RRS

Hi All,

Well the time has come to say goodbye to our FL2,we have had our highs and lows, squeaks creaks and gearbox(just the one mind!) Rolling with laughter,so much so we have stayed with the brand as the car has been great and the help and service from our dealership has been great(belive it or not!),so after much picking and and discarding of specs we pick up our 59 plate Nara Bronze Hse in the morning.

So from me and my RIMINI RED FL2 Goodbye and safe motoring.
Cliff

nice one Thumbs Up

seems a popular trend upgrading to the RRS from the FL2

Nara bronze is one of my favourite colours too, especially in the D4 on the TV advert Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I've been patiently waiting for the facelifted FL2 to come out before ordering what will be my first Land Rover. I was planning on going for the HSE. However while browsing a Land Rover website I realised that a used 2007 RRS costs roughly the same as a new FL2 HSE. The RRS seems like a very tempting prospect but is buying a 3 year old RRS vs a brand new FL2 a good idea?

It comes with a 2 year warranty but servicing costs are a concern!
