If VB is designing the interior she better get a wriggle on if it is to be ready for the September Paris show launch.
I thought the interior had already been designed, unless she is accessorising it with cucumber holders in black hole in the dashboard?

Shocked

Victoria Bitter can holders would be better Thumbs Up 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

Well, the proof is in the pudding................

It is not often that our card machine rattles off 7 transactions before lunchtime, however it has today!! This excludes the many other enquiries that we have had on top. Shocked Subject to final spec's and prices, there have been several people who have registered a firm 'interest' in the vehicle. It has taken us by suprise as to how well it has been recieved. Cool

It is interesting that 'opinion' is so divided on this one. A car designer once told me that if everyone likes the design when it is revealed then it will probably be out of date by the time it goes 'on sale'. So, hopefully some of the forum will be able to warm to it over the next 12 months.

James Thumbs Up

Now if only the roofline looked like the mock-up below????

personally i think this looks much tidier - could have even been called a 3 door Freelander 2 Coupe, original image shown below for comparison

Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Mr. Green

Lets get real. VB wont be designing anything. The interior will have already been designed. The marketing folks will put her name to a few touches here and there and Brand Beckham will add more to their already overloaded bank account - which she can spend on more stupid clothes and possibly a weekly skeletal body buff-up. Perhaps there will be a limited edition at Launch with a VB Vogue model .... Wink

Now if it had been another VB .... VBH instead ... then we would be talking Laughing

As for all the surprisingly negative comments, let not forget that this is branded as a Range Rover, not a Land Rover. RR's are that little bit more bling and there is nothing wrong in that. Comparing it in profile or any other way to an FL2 is not comparing apples with apples. So what if it is a 2 door? Why is that an issue?

If it isn't for you, then it isnt for you. No need to diss it just because. Thumbs Up Chris

One passed me on the M25 yesterday morning - paintjob was all black and yellow swirls. Not sure if it was supposed to be a disguise or to draw attention to it! 2007 Baltic Blue SE TD4 Auto
