Still driving round with all four faults, not prepared to give 100's £ to Landrover when it is driving ok. But I still can not work out what broken LRU would give these faults. |

You need to pay LR to plug your Freely into a diaognostic machine to find out where and what the electrical errors/faults are and how to get them solved. Maybe the system just needs resetting and there is no real error and no repair needed Does seem strange though that you can afford an expensive vehicle, but not a few quid to get it repaired 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

Could it be similar to the "three amigos" on the earlier Freelander 1 ?

The trouble with the new freelander is that it is so over engineered. Nearly all of her systems are reliant on each other to work that as soon as one part goes down it can directly effect another and so on with out there actualy being anything wrong some where else |

Thanks for that, the brake filaments are ok. I know when I go to my dealer I will be booked in two weeks away, have to take the day off work, they will then charge me several hundred for diagnostic and replacing a £2 bit of plastic. I was warned befor buying a LR and didn't listen to the advice. They will not even tell me what faults cause the "brake system (yellow)" warning light to illuminate. Does anyone know. This isn't about money. |
